I use cs 1.x (not sure wich it is but it is not 1.6 steam...) and ZHLT compiler tools, ill just post the log and you'll figure it out, im sure...

the problem is that there isnt a file named ZHLTProblems.html! maybe im just being silly, but where is it? =)

The problem is some invalid brushes, caused by bad VMing, carving, etc. Press Alt-P in Hammer and fix/delete the solids.

For future reference, ZHLTProblems.html, omitted in many distributions of Zoner's, is available here.
