I'm sorry.. this is not a mod / mapping question.
But no other forum respond.

How do I get the rights to use the HL and the HL2 logo on my site?
It would be really nice if you told me.. =)

It should be alright to use the logo as long as you note that Valve is the owner of the logo and you don't try to make money off of it.

Shuld I write it some where,,? You know.. like Valve is the owner of all the Half-life logos. :S

Oh please, fuck copyright. It's not like valve is gonna sue a swedish kid for putting their logo on his website.

Still it is good to pay attention to such things, as getting used to it may save you from a lot of trouble later.

I agree with the others. A small 'The HL? logo is copyright by Valve...'.
Just look onto your HL? box. You should find something like this there, too.

put one of those copyright signs next to it and under it say its Valves. or whatever.

But yah, fuck the copyright.

BLASPHEMERS!!! You know so long as whatever you do with it doesnt make money or stop valve from reciving there rightful money for the game (wares) there is no legal reason you cant have the logo.
