IP banning doesnt work, you can always use proxies, if your THAT intent on messing with a site (in which case you need a life). Also, you're forgetting we dont all use static ips. Personally, I think email authentication for new users would be the best, that way persistant twats can be smote with the wrath of ban quicker than they can set up new identities.

Another thing, ieatmonkeychow is right, there is ABSOLUTELY NO cereal which bares the name 'Monkey Chow'. Infact, there is no company which produces any ceral of that name and infact the name is given to a variety of foods consumed by monkeys.

The reason the keyboard is arranged this way is so, as seventh said, to not have the hammers collide. They put the letter that are most uncommonly used together next to each other. The typewriter used this, but people couldn't ajust to different keying on a keyboard, so were stuck with the QWERTY system of today.
