You cannot say that goths are weird unless you have met everyone of them. It's just a way of living.
if i (being goth) am so weird, why am i at home making maps instead of dancing around in the graveyard or something like that?

Making maps is evil!!1 Non-goths spend their time baking cookies (or not)! If you were a true goth, you wouldn't be at home making maps, true goths don't dress like the modern goth. They don't listen to black metal either. In fact, true goths dress more like punks, with their funny hair and torn clothes.
