Look at this picture of a UFO spotted on a webcam in Washington. It seems to have a unique look unlike any other aircraft. It appears to be genuine, it does not seem to show a plane in fast flight, overall it's the wackiest UFO I've ever seen. The 'boogers' who built it must have had a laugh...

fake. zoom in with your browser (if you're not an IE eating scumbag) and you'll see that the sky around there is pretty much one colour, because it was taken on a webcam. it would be easy to put another image over that picture. i've taken an F-16 from one picture, and managed to make it look like it was flying under an archway from another picture in about a minute. this is just a magic wand job.

if it is real, it has a similar profile to the B-2 stealth bomber. as for the "glow" underneath? landing lights. basically powerful headlights that allow the pilot to see the runway. if they are rear mounted then they will illuminate the bottom of the plane. not to mention that just so happens to be on the approach path to Reagan Intl Airport. its a plane - if its even real.
