you have to buy a server. just google search "half-life server host" in google. you'll find plenty of responses.

You don't have to buy a server, just host your own.

Remember to make sure your router has the correct ports forwarded (look on portforward.com) and always put 'Sv_lan 0' in the console before hosting.
