Get an up-to-date version. Then you'll know the difference. Unless of course you are already familiar with 1.8/2.0, in which case you should stick with it.

I don't think theres much difference apart from some minor things. If you want a version that looks like its changed, switch to Hammer.
Then again, if your used to Worldcraft don't bother
