when i did play my own made singleplayer map everything did look allrigth but the monsters had some yellow spots??? around them! How can i get them off .if i kill the monster the spots dont disapear!

I think you have to lift the monsters off the brush its standing on. I'm not sure though.

The monsters are stuck in a wall, floor, something. Move them a little above the ground, or away from the wall a bit.

Monsters can't hit brushes unless you use spirit, then check the flag for removing yellow dots. They only show up in developer mode, also, so if you want to bury a monster, just make sure the player doesn't run HL with -dev.

And barnacles behave in a wierd way - they don't have yellow dots they just get slow...
