How many microsoft people do you need to change a light bulb?
Five.
One takes out the light bulb and sends an error report to the company.
Next one exchanges the socket so that only microsoft lightbulbs will fit.
Third one makes an '8' out of the '5' on the light bulb.
The fourth one gives it back to you and tells you that it's been completely redesigned.
The fifths ignores your further attempts in getting help because it still doesn't work properly.
