Simple question- how do I get the stats info to appear in my maps when they're launched?
When I launch my own maps from Hammer, no info appears and I can't switch weapons.
Health/Armor/etc. - How to make appear?

You're not spawning with a suit. Place a HEV suit right where you are, so you get it when you spawn.

If it's a multiplayer map, don't add suit spawns everywhere! Just launch your map in a server (i.e. Multiplayer -> LAN Games -> Create Game for WON, Start Game -> (yourmap) in Steam, defaults to LAN game).
