error: material NATURE/WATER_MOVINGPLANE_BENEATH doesn't have a $bottommaterial.
to make water i just make a block with nodraw tex on all side except top. then I just put a water tex on top. whats wrong?

I'd guess you shouldn't use that texture.

thsts for under by the way as the name states but just make a block, texture all with nodraw and then put a water texture on top like,
water/nature_canal1
