on the last lvl of hl2 the sky has a layer of clouds,
this seems to be a flat brush with a moving texture of clouds on it,
what is the material/texture name?

i believe its something like nature/cloudssomethingsomething or its clouds/somethingsomething.

Just search for nature or clouds.

Do a filter for nature/cloud, its like cloud001. I used it in Petrol.

It's the non-model one and the non shadertest one.

The portal thing is actually a model, though.
