I Compiled but Not Saved On The Map Folder of HL .
Both Files (BSP And PTS) Isn't Found , In the Compile Process Window , I see this Sentence
The command failed. Windows reported the error:
"The system cannot find the file specified."
Can anyone tell me How to Export the Both Files (BSP&PTS) ? :(
Because I Have the Standard Edition (Valve Hammer Editor v3.4 Downloaded Edition) .
Thanks for Any Help .

oh,I know,I know ! :lol:

It happened to me to,that means you must re-install the hammer!

Why;Did you ever moved your hl folder or deleted then took it back from the recycle bin...that is cause! :o

But if you do not want to re-install the hammer,thats your choice...
Your sprites in the hammer is going to be seen like pink squares?! :zonked: And by the way for the error of yours ,tick the dont run the game in the compile parameter (if you choose not to re-install the hammer)

:)

?f you do that action (above the thing in the box :nuts: ) ,when you compile it with dont run the game box ticked,then open half life and then the console and type ''map yourmapname'' get it ;)

You don't "export" a bsp file.

BSP (binary space partition) is the default map format for Half-Life (and hl2) - you compile it from a map file using compile tools.

I suggest you read all the in the beginning tutorials and follow them closely.

And Copy BSP File to the Zip , Then Unload him in Any Unload Site , Finaly , i will Download the zip .

I downloaded ZHLT Tools , and Copied to my folders , and Change my Build Program Option .

!!!! Open the options menu and open your half life game propierties ,then go to the ''Build programs'' and change your ''place compiled maps to'' =C:SIERRAHalf lifevalvemaps= or whereever your valvemaps is ... :o

I'm now Going to Test TFC Mapping , With Cylinder Brush , But In the Compile Process Window , Got an Error , Said : Error : Entity 0, Brush 57, Side 8 ...
But is Not out Of the GRID !
I deleted BUT The Part of Cylinder Has Been Disepeared !!
Another Problem :
With the LOTS OF VERTEXES (Sure Can Save BSP File) .
My Game Has Running , AND THEN ! My Game Has been Quited AUTOMATIC !!
