When i start a LAN server to play cs there's a voice in the beginning. It sais something like that:
Test.. Test... Talk device is activated...
Welcome user! comunication system is (don't remember this part)
Bad arse son of a bitch device is activated..
and much more.

Where can i find those sounds?

Aha. I remember this eluding me when I played CS with POD-Bot. They are in pak0.pak in sound/vox and they were used in HL for the voice announcements. You can use them in the console by, if I remember correctly:

speak vox/word

without an extension. You can also use, for example:

speak hgrunt/word

to use hgrunt sounds, etc. Have a look at pak0.pak in Wally (or, of course, half-life.gcf in GCFScape) and you'll be able to get the lists of words, and the sounds themselves if you so desire.
