Also your name de_dust has already been taken by the Valve one which could cause confusion. Perhaps calling it the legendary de_dust3 which the maker of 1 and 2 decided not to use.
Anyway I had a quick go on it and found some bugs, fixes and tips.

There were far too many objects all over the floor which made walking around difficult cause the player was sliding everywhere.

I could jump up here and noticed the wires were off the holes slightly... Make them thinner or move them a bit to the right.

I don't know why but when I walked past this, the model started mixing with the texture but only once :S
Maybe my computer but I seriously doubt that.

I noticed lines here leaking into the sky.

Perhaps add more detail on these buildings.

Place nodraw on these as well to reduce lag a bit more.

This looks lame, add windows instead of lame bullet holes.
That is all improve it eh.
Next time you make a map Ravent I will be extra harsh to you
