THIS PROBLEM NOW FIXED
**THIS MAP REQUIRES SPIRIT OF HALF-LIFE TO WORK**
Good people of TWHL, I need your help yet again.
Alright, so I have a door that opens at the press of a button, then the bottom door releases a telescopic ramp to the floor. The problem is, there's an invisible...something... blocking the player from walking up the door section of the ramp properly. They can crouch and get over it, jump, but running or walking doesn't work. This prevents the last inch of the entrance from being usable under normal conditions, and I can't for the life of me figure out why. So:
*The door must open outwards, not inwards, as it is now. It cannot slide upwards or downwards, due to the nature of the 'room'.
*It needs to be roughly the same width as well.
*The grouped area needs to be [more or less] the same. Side walls and height must remain the same for sure. everything else is fair game, as long as the basic functionality is the same.
*The concrete floor can be raised or lowered a bit.
*I will make a doorframe later, don't worry about that.
*Bonus points if you include the telescopic ramp.
While progress on the map this is cut out of won't be at a standstill, I would like this fixed soon.
make the rotating doors not solid, and use an invisible func_door or func_wall_toggle to actually block/unblock the doorway.
Also whoever keeps spam-downloading this, cut it out. There's nothing to see there that's not in the screenshot.
EDIT: Alright, it's now fixed. Thanks all.
