Emmitt was the first to live on The Rocks. He didn't know how he got there, but things were so nice he wasn't going to ask. He called them The Rocks, though they were in fact more than just rocks. The place was, rather, a collection of grassy islands pockmarked with hardy cedar trees, suspended in a vast greenish void. A few loose stones hung majestically in the air, or lazily danced circles across the alien sky. One of these islands held a pond with the most pure spring water cascading off the side in an elegant stream only to be caught by a portal and returned to the source above. At the center was a raging maelstrom that seemed as though it held everything together, somehow. Somewhere far below was what looked like an endless sea, but Emmitt wasn't sure.

Emmitt found he never felt hungry, and if he ever was thirsty the infinite pond would quench him. Still, he could not abide the dullness of paradise, and began to envision wondrous contraptions and buildings, and wished for the means to bring his dreams to reality.

The next morning Emmitt awoke to find various tools had miraculously appeared near him as he slept. Rather than question things, he simply set himself to work, felling trees and sawing them into sturdy planks which would then become a quaint little cottage. This continued for some time; whenever Emmitt dreamed or wanted, the next morning his prayers would be answered, and slowly he began to mold The Rocks to his own tastes.

Then, one evening, Emmitt wished he had some friends to live here on The Rocks with him...
This is what happens when I play too much Myst.

Peak R_Speeds are around 1350, higher than I'd like but there isn't much I can do about it, since it's largely due to the map's open layout. This map uses stock assets.

Snarks and tripmines are the only weapons absent, because on a map like this they'd be pretty useless anyway.

Very beautiful map. But the trees' textures are messed up a bit. Maybe you should scale them up.

at first glance this looked like just an xen map but holy shit is amazing
I love how animated it is like how you made that one door move back and forth a Little bit and the rocks rotate on the bridge

I really liked this. Some people complained about lag but it ran fine for me
