A map for the TWHL vanilla dm contest
Set inside the Lambda Hazardous Nuclear Waste Processing Facility (LHNWPF) players fight around a canal full of toxic waste.
Players can press the canal drainage button in the control room to try and clear out the canal which ends up failing and forces the canal to flood.
Once this flooding sequence has begun players must flee to higher ground to escape the slowly rising goo. This forces players onto high ground for around 2-3 minutes with Limited ammo and weapons and thin walkways.
Is designed for 2-16 players
I've spent the last few months working on this map. From the block out to a finished artpass with plenty of custom textures this has taken me quite
a while so I hope you enjoy it!!!
Also, a nitpick - IMHO the flooding rate might have been faster, but did not test it in proper multiplayer yet, so this statement is more of a speculation...
Oh - and one more thing - that wobbly floor which wants to be a spiral staircase
Somewhat breaks the immersion a little bit...
Otherwise - really good and authentic.

The rising radiation flood mechanic is good at forcing players to adapt their gameplay and strategies, and there are plenty of spaces and items to switch between different ways to play and move across the map.
For being done in 1.5 months, it is an incredible job.
