dm_avelaris

This was a little side project i had in mind and is based around the lore of an artist i've been following for some time. In their world the Avalaris is a military group dedicated to take care of special operations no other military group is capable to do (sorta like the HECU in Half-Life lore). Since most of what is known about them is just written and not much information about what their bases or equipment looks like i decided to take that information and build what i belived would look like an actual "headquarters" for them to establish their operations.

The map offers some interesting action and it's packed with a variety of weapons to choose from. A long jump module was added to give the players plenty of mobility especially while moving in the corridors and main hub area.

The .zip file contains the bsp map and a source file in rmf. Just copy and paste the bsp into your "maps" folder in the Sven Co-op folder and you are good to go (no need to install extra files since it uses nw.wad and fade.wad wich are already included in the standard Sven install). Also feel free to modify the source map as you desire but remember to give credits (especially to the artist if you decide to use their logo).
