No, I'm not dead.
So I bought F.E.A.R and been playing that lately, It's not nice having someone whisper "There is something in the water" in your right ear, then have to go wading through it and wait for something to lunge out at you, they really like doing that alot... Bastards. 
I also recieved my school report and my opening sentance on my Art is "Talk, talk and talk sums Alex up" So it looks like I'll burn that one on the way home.

This weekend has been crazy, I woke up on Friday with a soar throat and feeling like shit, then just as I was about to go to school I threw up 5 times in my bin.
So I've been drugged up to my eyeballs on stuff which "apparently" helps you but actually does shit all, the most I got was a numb mouth from some losengers. (Thanks Hunter : )

So I bought Guitar Hero 2 for the Xbox 360 a few days ago, It's absolutely AMAZING, A serious must buy! I mean, sure you look like a complete idiot playing a plastic guitar but it's so damn fun!
First game in a while where I had to put it down to easy, and keep it there for a while! (on hard now )

So I started my Work Experiance today, at first I was really annoyed that I ended up with an 8 hour shift but the guy I was working with "Captain Dave" was hilarious!
It turns out he's also into online gaming aswell so we were just talking about Gears Of War and Crackdown for the majority of the time, then stopping to pee my pants in laughter when he electrocuted himself.
Everyone's really laid back, so I'm enjoying it so far!

I hate games which stress you out, a good example of this is BF2142, I often find myself slapping my keyboard and screaming, since when can anybody survive a full round to the face? 
I also preformed a drum solo last Friday, which went down amazingly well, so amazingly infact that when I thought the nervousness was finally over, they sent me back on stage to do another one and infront of 200+ people, It's not nice. Atleast I didn't mess up!
Hunter also made a tunnel to help me along abit with the new map we are making, I spent alot of tonight just adding detail and correcting some textures which he overlooked, he did an amazing job for the time it took him.

I've done some more texturing on my bedroom map but besides that I've just been touching up on brushwork, pretty fun actually!

Well, my bedroom just got a huge-ass change, I can't belive it, it hasnt been changed for over 4 years, but now that i've decided to re-create it on Hammer, it changes.
But dispite the change it's coming together nicely but still wont be finished for some time!
On another note, me and Madcow have teamed up and are creating something which i'm going to keep in the dark for now, but it's going to be pretty awesome if we get it finished, and he's making something called "Smart Battle" which sounds really cool, so you should go check out his journal and read about it.

Finally! Valve is back up and I can continue with my map, I've been working on it for some time now, a few week's I belive, so I decided to post some screenshot's below, enjoy.

I'm really proud of how this turned out, but ofcourse, it would not look half as good if it wasn't for Hunter's textures! Thank's man!
So, I'm going to keep on working on it for a few more weeks, the map is a rat map, where you're really really small, so you might be able to run around inside my PC if i get around to it.

Hmm, my first journal entry...
Not much is going on right now, since there is a storm over Valve so I can't map. But however me and 'The Hunter' have been working on some maps together, which I must say, he kicks ass at custom textures! But yeah, My map is coming along nicely obviously with the little bugs here and there, nothing too major though.
I'd imagine we will keep our map's until they are fully done then release them, or sooner depending on what Hunter thinks.
