StrikerI forgot to check the oil pressure

I just bought myself a new Hard-Drive !
It's a caviar blue, 16 mb cache, 500 gb !

I'm just so happy, no more space related problems now

I'm buying a 1TB WD Caviar Green for ?95/$124.
One reason I'm buying a new HDD is that I want all PSX games, ~500GB.

That's too expensive for most people.
1.96?/GB no thanks, I prefer 0.009?/GB even if it's a bit slower.
I doubt SSDs will ever become popular outside server computers.

satchmo : yes, for the windows partition. I heard they're far faster even than raptor ones.
They're like ~200 mb/s read\write compared to a normal hdd, like the one I bought, with ~40 mb read\write.
Of course, I'll buy it maybe in the next 3 years. I don't have any money left now :D.
