Herlpting.

Srry, by actually making it to the test you've outdone my efforts... twice. >_>

Well I made it farther than I did last time, last time the woman just aborted it halfway through because I'd already gotten two criticals. This time I was given not one, not two, but THREE chances to back up in a straight line next to the curb, and failed every time, eventually hitting the curb.

I am so awesome.

Forgive me, but do you ever practice driving with your parents?

Yes, I have accumulated more than the required 50 hours of supervised driving time, and I drive to school regularly without incident.

Maby the problem is that your parents drive skills suck? And maby teaching it to another skills even more? And do you know, getting driving lessons from your parents will give you allot of outdated information and rules. Also your gonna copy their bad habbits ...

I dont get the country's where you can get lessons from your parents. Its really crap. We, here in holland, pay 35 euro's per lesson from a person who drives a car for over 10 years. Also the instructor got already 35 years of teaching experience. Its much better

Way to imply his parents suck.

Some could argue your parents are the BEST people to teach you at least the basics of driving. Other than yourself they're the most likely to know how confident you are on the road and what should be done to improve it. And after so many years of driving themselves they too will have a lot of experience.

And his name isn't Maby. O:

Public schools also offer free after-school driving courses. It's not always learned by parents.
I don't know if you have something like this in Holland, but in the US, you have to get a "learner's permit" a year before you get your liscence(at least, before you're 18). The learner's permit allows you to drive under a curfew with someone who already has their liscence. During this year is when people drive with their parents, to hone in on what they've already learned.

Edit: beaten by Strider.

Uh, dude, I hired a driving instructor and completed that shit ages ago. It's required if you're under 18 here.

Obviously I just suck at driving tests.

Just figure out what they test you during the driving test, and do that over and over again, for more than 50 times.

You're guaranteed to pass next time if you follow my advice.

Also examine and estimate. KNOW the car you're driving. How much space do I have that I can't really see? If it's your parents car I'd hope you know it, if it's a DOT car of the sort, it's probably a Chevy Impala or Mitsubishi Galant.

Don't you get to drive your own car for the driving test?

Yes, I drove my dad's manual Accent, which I had been driving exclusively for two weeks. Before you ask, we don't own anything with an automatic.
