Back when I moved into my house about six years ago I thought it was haunted. At night when I was in bed I could hear what sounded like organ music, just at the edge of my hearing. I would have attributed it to the TV downstairs if it wasn't for the fact that it always seemed to be the same four notes played over and over again, every night for several months. I still don't have a clue what was causing it.

My dad was once visited by my grandfather's ghost when my grandma was in the hospital, also, I think I may have seen a ghost with it's head through my living room floor, however I was young and reading a book of 'true' (people describing what they've seen/heard ect.) ghost story book. May have been hallucinating it, as I never saw it again.
TL/DR: TJB may have had an underdeveloped polterigiest, Rimmeh should be fine as long as he and the ghost don't bother each other too much, I beleive in ghosts.

It's not a poltergeist, they generally start with minor pranks, such as moving things and making objects appear, then grow to noises and eventually speak.
Poltergiests rarely actually show themselves and it's always at the end of the visitation, unlike this one.
Besides, from the sound of it, Rim and his GF are having a great time, noone in the appartement is eligebile to be a poltergiest focus.

"How do ghosts/people become poltergeists anyway?" It's not really known what exactly poltergiests are, because they tend to lie and claim to be whatever you've said you think they are once they get a voice/the ability to communicate.
They could be ghosts that have trouble getting their abilities, they would be physical manifestations of angst.
