This is weird.
I just wanted to upload a video to youtube when I saw this information:

"Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video. "

Umm, ok, this is nice. But how did it happen? Do you guys know of any conditions that are needed to obtain this? Because I don't, I don't know what I did to obtain this facility :\.

I think it happens after you've posted a certain amount of videos, and not getting flagged too many times. How many videos have you uploaded?

60 videos. But I do have the account for 3 years now...
If 60 videos is a milestone, then it's odd. It should be 50 imo.

I wonder how many it will take for me, because I've been a member of youtube since 2006, but I only have 5 vids so I'm still capped. :P
Maybe every year takes off like 10-20 videos needed or so. Maybe I only need 20-30 videos.

Go to Vimeo.com and make an account then uplaod the video there
