Personally if I had the power I'd throw her off the ledge but I can't and she knows it which is why she's probably laughing because we show our anger but can't actually do anything about it.

Without totally standing up for her, it does say she is disgusted with herself and her actions, and has been coping with life via alcohol... she's obviously in a tough spot and probably just snapped, but I still don't think it's right.
