Playing Fallout 3. Wandered out near Vault 87, and happened upon some brotherhood outcasts fighting super mutants. After the battle, there was only one of the outcasts still alive. Went up to talk to them, got this response:
"Hey, Local, shouldn't you be ban-aaggghh!!!!"
She tripped over her dead comrade and died. I guess the game's Karma system and the physics bugs decided to team up and give some of the outcasts what they deserve for how they treat outsiders. :P

I remember the outcasts. I ran into a patrol once out in the wasteland and got that stupid 'shouldn't you be banging rocks in a cave' comment. Blew their faces off is what I did.

Anyway, epic bug you got there lol.

Yeah. Kind of wish I was recording when that happened, but I don't even have the proper software installed for that.
