I went under new server and saw my map under the map select.
when i select it and press start nothing happens

i am no sure but when i click run, doesnt that also compile it??
and for my game executable i am trying to run it through cs:s, but when i try it gives me this error: gameinfo.txt doesnt exsist ????

by the way, what do u mean when u say dont run hammer using hammer. and how do i open it manually in cs:s

i have tried a file in my CSS folder thats also called hl2.exe. when i tried to run my map using that hl2.exe file it didnt give me a error message but it never opened anything eather.

I am trying to make a map for counter strike source. My game excutible file is in the
valve steam folder. Its then under halflife 2, called hl2.exe
when i compile everything and try to run my map it loads the halflife 2 main menu(not my map). I dont no whats wrong and how i can fix it???
