Does anyone know how the endless water in de_port was created ? I think it's been posted here before but I can't find it...

I've tried putting it in a SkyBox but to no avail, it renders the sky textures but the water never gets rendered ? Do you need to use a specific water texture or is there some neat trick that I'm too n00bish to know about ????
