in Help i Wana make rain on/off button or s Post #313114

what i need is to make a tiger to activate water to fall from an object like
pipe (fire extinguisher) and extinguish the fire. i was trying whit rain but i dont know how to time the rain to start or end anyone can help me ??
an NOOB in this and am still learning dont know what to use
