I did not install Counter strike on my computer. While configuring i do not have the SIERRA folder. I installed cs via steam. what do I do now/?

Yeah They Do, But the put half-life and other things about half-life, is it the same thing?

Will Somebody help me Configure My Editor?
I want to make a map for counter strike, What would be the settings?
So far I have
COnfiguration: Counter Strike (or does it have to be CS?)
