Is there a function command in hammer to add just a random amount of objects like bottles or food boxes, and how can i add cars trucks, were are the prelabs for thiose?

Make a prop_physics entity, go to properties on it and click on browse on models and choose away!

You can use a detail.vbsp file in the vbsp exe directory to randomly place detail sprites/props, as well.
