So many zaps, open HL2, close, open HL2DM, close, open SDK, compile map and check for errors, and then try your map ;)

That shouldn't fix it at all. That only fixes the FGD problem.

Try having a logic_auto toggle an ambient_generic, volume 1, in a little box somewhere at teh start of the map, then toggle it off. Should solve precaching it.

I made a output (logic_auto) :
my output named : onmapspawn
entity name : name of the ambient_Generic
via this input : togglesound

Is this any good? :)

If you still get the error message then it's not worked. Are you sure you get energy/zapn not precached still? I mean, if you add zap2.wav into the map, do you still get errors about precaching zap2.wav, or just other zaps.wav?

I added those sounds and I didn't had that spamming message!

I'll just add them in my map and hide them somewhere with volume 1..
My english is sucky sucky so I didn't knew what precached meaned..

"Cache" is actually French, and it's do with hiding things, preparing them unseen in this case ? in computing circles, it means loading things before they're actually needed.
