That last error can mean absolutely anything, basically. It's due to something invalid.

The first error isn't an error, it's just a verbose report. It always happens. Ignore it.

so...what i do about it?
*does it mean something is wrong with one of my 2 256K memory chips?
*is it somehing invalid in my map(i think it might be as i only get that error with that map)
*is it something wrong with windows

i would like to know where to look (if u can`t ansew i will reininstall every thing to do with HL2.if that don`t work a new comp mayby)

you need more memory.

Its cant be read because it used up all of your regular memory, so now its trying to use your hard drive space as memory. And that memory cant be read by HL2 for some reason.

The first error shouldn't have a problem with your actual memory, it's just HL2' s way of saying it fucked up. Check for problems, invalid areaportals, hints, etcetera.

Um, Rabid, you mean the second error.

killer, it is incredibly unlikely to be a hardware issue. All it means is that a section of game code got confused by something it was given ? in this case, something in your map. Do what Rabid said.

Yes, the second error ;|

I had it once because a decal was leaking onto a hint brush face. Really weird error that one is :<

check for problems--->no problems found
it`s an very simple map right now.there is just a few combines fighting rebels and a helicopter that will hopefuly chace u when u escape with the buggy.i can see nothing wrong with it

You're probably doing something strange and impossible to crash HL? like that. Alternatively, it could be a geniune programming error. Try removing random parts until it works, etc.

there r no ramdom parts

What seventh means by "random parts" is that try removing things ie. Brushes, entities etc. in order to source the cause of your problem. :cyclops:
