For gods sake stop using those horrible lans flares. If you know how to enter the flare menu and place them it doesn't mean you always have to use them. They are for the sunlight not muzzleflashs. :

That picture looks a bit messed up... The combine soldier isn't looking in the direction the gun is pointed at, and the gun itself is not exactly pointed at the viewer, which I suppose was the initial intention. He's kind of looking one way and getting ready to shoot the other way. At least, that's how it looks to me. Other than that, I'd say it's ok
