not even worth watching. sorry, but it takes YEARS to buffer repeatedly and it could be easily shown in screenshots. brighter too

Nope it's an option for spirit users. If you have Spirit v1.5 Then you can have this, along with working fog! The reflection is actually a entity called env_mirror, right now, the spirit team are working on the player model being reflected. :D

Hmm, seemed really dark to me.

I couldn't really make much out of it, I could see Barney or something running after you, but no reflections or anything.

I'll remake it brighter, and use a smaller screen, it did lag to much while using fraps.

Ant: There's actually no link to SoHL 1.5 there. Latest release seems to be 1.4, but the official download says 1.2.

It's in the forums.. Search the forums for the Spirit 1.5 Beta release.

This shows mainly the reflections, plus I wanted to see if it would lag, and nope, no lag whatsoever, and my PC barely runs HL2!

remember the floor is tired to a env_mirror, with the null texture on the top(the reflection) after that add the floor (func_wall) must be underneath the env_mirror.. (1-unit thinck brushes)

Plus try out the fog..

(This stuff works in OpenGL, not sure about software, and direct3D)
