I don't know if this applies to Source or not but, what's the best way to calculate your optimal rates in 1.6? I tried using a method on intheholecs.net's tutorial section, but that didn't work out well at all.

Rates. CL_rate, rate, CL_Updaterate, CL_Cmdrate. I think that's all 'o em.
I use 9999, 25000, 101, 101. No idea if it's "The best" or whatever, but it works for me.
