As you can see the view is very static, it ain't moving.
So, it's not some guy standing there recording, it's hidden in a shelf or something

Maybe someone sneaked the camera in to the room while he was eating.

And the thing about the keyboard, me myself prefere old keyboards. Then again... I might be a bit wacky myself.

One thing is weird though.
The camera seems to be timed, because the movie starts right in the middle of the madness.
And most cameras gives away a sound before activating.
And they often blink a little.
He could easely have noticed that.
And also, the movie could be cliped.
