I have HL2, but not through Steam (illegal ) I have HL2DM through Steam. HL2DM has all the entities needed for singleplayer, but when I try to get NPC's to work they just stand still with their arms out. I followed the assault tutorial in :

But it does not work. Is this a question of me not doing the setup correctly, or is it because Im not mapping under HL2SP? Anyone have any suggestions, or help?

NPC's do not work under HL2MP. The only npc's that do work are the birds, the rest of them will not.

I gues you'll have to just buy the game like every body else ;D
