Why do somepeople put password on there server and then write the password into the server name?

Because think of the situation...Say you started a server which can take time to load and it turns out your friend can't make it...They change name to the password so others can join...Plus I sometimes feel like doing it because it is fun...

You cant change the name of the server without restarting it, and when you restart it then you just do it without a filled field at the password(sv_password).

Because they baught a PW'ed server because that is cheaper.

Aye but once you load it up then it takes seconds to re-load...
