My account ran out a while ago, Rabideh... Couldn't afford it after some recent expensive purchases.

My dad's credit card started getting charged by them one time, as if I had an account... And that's the first I'd ever heard about it!

all I know about Eve is that its one of these sadistic 'lose everything on death' mmorpgs, there was a brilliant story written about scamming people in it though

You can sign up for a 14 day free trial if you want to play without paying (and they dont make you give a creditcard or anything, you just cant play after that.) You can actually do a lot within that trial, I managed to get my skills up to flying cruisers and ran a few mining ops and missions and got myself into GoonFleet before the time expired. Once you get ingame and make money (at least in GF) you can purchase timecards with ingame money and end up pretty much playing for free.

OR, ill make an account, you give me loads of money, and i can play ;D

Eve is a good MMO although the space genre isn't really my cup of tea.

SA's offspring Elitist Jerks have great WoW forums which I lurk on daily So they aren't all that bad. On a sidenote, anyone interested in MMOs should definately check out FoH's message boards, good talk on many games including Eve.

SA is quite appropriately the largest collection of internet idiots, someone gave me an account for my birthday and I berated them for it. It does produce some humerous content, but theres just SO much bullshit.

Most of the BMS crowd are with GoonFleet I'm pretty sure. I'm not a 'goon' per se, that is, I don't have an SA account, rather I'm sponsored into the corp by Jon who does have an account.
