I'm in the progress of recording a video tutorial in G-max. I recorded the first part succesfully, but i have a problem. its 191MB, rather big for your average joe to download. So does anybody know any compresssing software that should do the job?

I find MediaEncoder (sourceforge program) with a compression codec like HuffYuv for lossless compression works well for working videos, I use the latest XVid for a final pass.

Pinnacle is for video editing, mainly, but if I remember correctly, has some cool options for compression.
