So I'm trying to connect the case cable to the motherboard but pins have different names.

Motherboard pins:

PIN 1: PORT1L
PIN 2: GND (ground)
PIN 3: PORT1R
PIN 4: PRESENSE#
PIN 5: PORT2R
PIN 6: SENSE1_RETURN
PIN 7: SEBSE_SEND
PIN 8: empty
PIN 9: PORT2L
PIN 10: SENSE2_RETURN

The cables are:

SPK OUT L
SPK OUT R
MIC BIAS
RETURN R
RETURN L
GROUND
MIC IN

Look for it in your motherboard manual. Look for "AC97" something.

Does your cable look something like this?SPK OUT L = L-OUT
SPK OUT R = R-OUT
MIC BIAS = MIC-POWER
RETURN R = R-RET
RETURN L = L-RET
GROUND = GROUND
MIC IN = MIC-IN

Thanks d00de, I've been like 3 days trying it without success.

Now the case audio panel works, but the motherboard audio doesn't :S (I didn't work before)

You have drivers for your audio right?

Yes, and are installed.

I mean If I put the speakers on the frontal panel they work, but If I put them on the back they don't.

For me it's the opposite

Make sure RealTek's audio is configured correctly.

Special details include:

• Under speaker configuration, make sure it's selected on the right one (also making sure your audio ports are correctly used)
• Make sure your volume is turned up for your motherboard ports (hey, worth a try)
• Make sure it's not a digital signal. Not sure if realtek even has this option, but I know it's gotten me before.
