Hi . I have a little problem I can't figure it out myself . If I try to use the message system in counterstrike 1.6 I get a stupid error-like message :

What message system? Are you playing WON CS or Steam CS? Are you hosting? If yes, are using a custom game dll? If you are not hosting, are you playing on a server using a custom game dll?

"y" to talk to other players . I think it's won it's working without steam . I'm not hosting any server .

Try removing all .cfg files from your valve and cstrike folder.

I think I'll reinstall it . I used an old backup version and even the menus won't work well.
