Bring back the mini-compos is what i say.

So here's the TWHL colour scheme i made using the actual TWHL RGB values for the fantastic game Dawn of War,
but i have a problem. I need a badge and a banner for my evil army.

Don't worry about adding transparency or getting the file formats right.
Just post the images as jpegs, and if you want any transparency, make it.. i dunno.. 255 blue or something.. make it obvious.
