PCI graphic cards have not been used for more than a decade - the current standard slot is called PCI-Express
Looking up that motherboard, it seems to have an AGP 8x port, which means no PCI-Express graphics for you. Look up graphics cards supporting AGP instead (there are still a few decent alternatives). Preferably, you should upgrade your motherboard, along with your CPU - AGP is getting incredibly old.

The RAM supported for your motherboard is DDR - again, very old technology. The newest stuff today has DDR3 support, a full 2 versions above your motherboard. If you really want to keep the motherboard, look up DDR RAM sticks.
