There's a site you can download all the HL prefabs valve used.
I think it was the GTKradient site or something like that.

I don't think such a prefab exists. You'll have to make it yourself im affraid.

I want tram just like it:
I live in Latvia, in my city Trams with trolleybus pole 
And i want make it in my project, you can help me find a tram with panthograph, i can rebuild it to trolleybus pole

Unless you find someone to do it for you, you'd be best off re-creating it yourself. I doubt there's any prefabs of such trams.
