Apparently fossils of microbial life have likely been discovered in a marsian meteorite found in 1984.

A study by scientists from the American space agency Nasa has found chemical signatures in the rock strongly associated with life.

Whoa,....I remember when that story came out in the news, Bill Clinton was still the President of the U.S. He even made a speech about it once. Even though this story is old, I am very glad there's been some new developments backing up the possibilities of alien microbes on that Martian rock. Good find.

If there really are fossilized microbes on it, it's pretty much the biggest story ever. Time will tell, I'm looking forward to Nasa's official response.

I think NASA knows this for quite some time. They could have easily get some probes from the moon soil when there were human expeditions there. We can't know for sure anyway.

But anyway it's cool to know there's water on the moon.
Water is the fundamental liquid.
Sun provides us with solar power( heat + electricity for solar panels)
Electricity + Water => Oxygen ( for us ) and hydrogen (fuel)

So many possibilities just with water... fascinating ! :))

interesting side note.. i saw on a history channel special that most of the water on earth (even today) originally cam from space, traveling inside dirt clumps that collided into the earth billions of years ago
