Any of you ever surfed the internet for replacement knife models?

Perhaps you've seen the Dragon Lord knife model?

Did you know that's a real knife? And its a pretty sweet knife in reality mihgt I add. Here's a picture of the real thing:

I don't have any info of the Nautilus.

Noth of the knives are real, everything I say about them is real these photos are not doctored, they are real. And they are SWEEEEEEET knives.

When I go to college I swear I AM BUYING THE DRAGON LORD. Its such an awesome knife! Can't get it right now, would have to have my parents permission and that didn't happen.

Pretty cool. Too bad the only Aug they had was scrunched up and disproportioned. I love augs, they look so cool.

i dindt said it was finishd, im modelig it now and then texturing in milkshape. for modeling i use cinema 4d ore 3d studiomax

here is the first beta screenshot of the knife, as you can see it needs a lot of tweaking and offcourse uvmapping. it also quit big(the picture) but it shows all perspecitives. also i got to work at the poly reduction so i cant show a good render of how it is gonna look yet.

I swear when I go to college I am buying either the Dragon Lord, the Griffyn or that skark knife that MOP posted. Provided that I don't buy all three(probably wont)

uumh, its zombie who posted the pic of the other knife and gicving it up. im coninuing on the griffin. actualy the bottom blade looks quite good right now.

btw zombie always make faces counter-clockwise, all those blakc fasces are backfaces. ore simple said, it wont be shown in a game like hl :)

How are you guys modeling? Are you using Milkshape? Because, from the pictures, it looks like modeling is a lot like mapping. You build a basic structure then texture it right? then you move it around on the screen for the animations? Or is it more complicated than that?

way more complicated. ifistline the edges and then make a face of it in milkshape you cant select something in 3d view but in cinema 4d and sdtudio max(i use those2) you can select things in 3d view.

and for a texture you eed to make materials and such things.

I just think they are nice knives, just nice to have as collectables. Can't collect them now because parents wont let me, so college is my next chance.
