That damn thing won't work! I've got a registration code from friend that no longer have computer (died in flames ) and... i need to wait 2 minutes to finish registration proces becouse i registered after 31 day trial or something. And after 30 minutes still nothing! can't use the damn thing Can any1 help me in anyway?

Try contacting the milkshape3d programmer team.
They should be able to help you.

If you can reset trial period and THAN typed your serial it should be ok

I think 'reseting' the trial period is illegal.
Have you tried sending an email to the programmers? I think the guys on the forums are just normal people.
Afaik Milkshape can still be started after the trial period expired, you should find an email address there somewhere.

i've e-mailed them like i said. No reply. If reseting is illegal (it should be) than why they haven't deleted that reply ? Damn, i think that i need to start with something that's for free. But everybody say that MilkShape 3d is much easier to use...

There are many ways to use Milkshape without paying.
But all of them are illegal and so I advise against trying them out.
If you want a good 3d modelling programm for free, check out blender.
At first it might appear very strange, because fo the different interface and controlls. But I think that blender's control is much more intuitive than Milkshape.
The main issue is that it might be quite hard to make HL models out of blender models. Many people write Blender scripts, so you might find one.
Just try it out.

btw MilkShape 3d is "resistant" to any keygen and most (all?) cracks. Only older versions can be hacked, or so i've heard. (and was looking for tham also i'm bad i know that but who cares )

um, uninstall ms.
then reinstall it.
put in reg key
wait for atleast 4 minutes(then your sure). let the program just run.
then close down the program and restart it.

and you can wait for 30 minutes but the program wont do anything. it recognize the reg key after a few minutes and then it need to be restarted, BUT DONT TOUCH ANY BUTTON IN THE PROGRAM. after you have registered and have to wait for atleast 2 minutes. if this dont work,then i dont know it.

oh and for the people who think: how does he know. read a faq on their forums, they explain it all. so next time take your time to search. i can understand they wont reply to your posts.

it is as powerfull as 3dstudiomax but its tricky and you need to be used to a overfilled interface and have a good understanding of 3d modeling to use this program well.

this should help you out for a while.

Yeah! Blender is the best 3d design program you can get for free.
The interface really differs from the more common programs, but it is much better to handle after you got into it.
And you don't really need a good understnading of 3d-modelling.
I didn't have much either when I started. Just download all tutorials you can find on google an work through them.

i had it but i already was used to anim8tor and wings3d.

NOTHING is working there is no way to get milkshape for free if that code is not working (don't know why it is accepted but can't finnaly register) And 25 $! Thats much for me! 4 months without buying enything! NEVER i could buy myself a new game for that! (25$=ok 80-100 z? a new game costs 29-99 z?! (most good ones 59,99) And peoples say that 25$ is not much! And MilkShape doesn't accept valid (or so my friend says) code, or is just screwed up! how do i know that if i buy it myself it'll work? Well, i'm going to forget about modeling.
