How do i set up a multiplayer mod? what do i need to do to make my mod show up in the steam server lists with its own name. Help ME!

when i make it for steam, will i have to make anytihng new for it? Or will it do that for me like it did for HL and OP4? New splashes at all?

oh and seventh, that didnt help. Now, i want to know how to make it so a custom multiplayer mod would work in steam. I need to know files i need to make..
